First off, I want to say that I am by no means a nutritionist or a fitness coach. I am someone who absolutely LOVES working out and pushing myself. Maybe a sick addiction? I don’t know why, but I have no problem getting up at 3 a.m. to work out, lift weights, or crank some cardio. (Although cardio and I are in a love/hate relationship) Here, I am going to share workouts to strengthen muscles used for pulling back a bow, other workouts, and yummy healthy recipes!
